30 seconds left foot
30 seconds right foot

1 minute fast jump
1 minute jumping jacks (legs go out and in)
1 minute crossed feet jumps (switch which leg is crossed in from at the half way mark)
1 minute fast jumps
1 minute attempting double jumps
