Jump Rope Workout

  • 1 minute jumping (two feet)

  • 1 minute alternating run

  • 1 minute fast jump

  • 30 seconds left foot

  • 30 seconds right foot

  • 30 seconds left foot

  • 30 seconds right foot

  • 1 minute fast jump

  • 1 minute jumping jacks (legs go out and in)

  • 1 minute crossed feet jumps (switch which leg is crossed in from at the half way mark)

  • 1 minute fast jumps

  • 1 minute attempting double jumps

  • 1 minute fast jumps
